No this isn't the guy who bought me dinner last week. But I did claim this guy as my own personal Lieutenant. The picture is kinda funny...looks like I'm giddy over the situation I find myself in. The reality is that a friend of mine had just called my name and I turned to see who it was and gave this huge grin. And right then, the picture is snapped. Incidentally, every time I look at this picture I think "Dang, I'm really short."

And who is the lieutenant?
One gets ones own personal lieutenant by attending a military wedding. You could also try hanging out at your local military base but I've found sometimes the guards start getting suspicious if you loiter too long.
