I believe he has trapped somebody in the Port-a-potty by waiting until they went in and then wrapping it with festive lights. He is now basking in the glory of his deed :)
clearly the home owners asked Santa for indoor plumbing... Troy almost saw Santa deliver, but unfortunatley SNEEZED and missed the crucial moment when Claus made his dramatic stage left exit wrapping the lights around the porta potty!
Poor Troy, whatta story that'a been for the kids some day...
