I did it

I finally did what thousands of other people have done over the years. I never thought it would happen to me. I always made fun of the ones who did it. Now I am one of them.

I accidentally walked into the men's restroom.

Fortunately there was no one inside. I immediately realized my mistake and walked right back out again (got my first good look at a urinal...why is it blue?).

If you are one of the people who has done this before you completely understand. If you're one of the people that I used to join forces with, you are wondering how in the world I could make that mistake. All I can say is I was a little zoned out, glanced at the door, saw what I thought was the "girl" icon, walked in and took one look around and promptly walked back out. At least I'm not as bad as my aunt who walked into a men's restroom and wondered why there were urinals in the women's facility. Then she fussed at a man who walked in after her!

Oh well. Chalk it up to life experience. This is for Troy. Merry Christmas!

I am touched by the coal. Really, I am. But why did you include my personalized "ad-venting" picture with a story about urinals?

Oh, if anyone finds out where coal can be purchased by the lump, let me know. I still have a few stocking stuffers to get.

Laurie, don't feel badly. I have purposely visited the mens' room on numerous "can't wait any longer" occasions. I defy any person to make me wait to use 2 stalls in a line of 30 women when there are 10 stalls in the mens' room and no one in line. I'm such a rule breaker. Whoooahahaha!

I want to know why women's restrooms have couches.

Troy I think you should go back and re-read the entry...it wasn't about urinals. It was about me doing something that I always made fun of others for doing. Although I am not sure that helps explain why this was your personalized advent post.

Daniel most women's restrooms don't have couches. I have been in less than five in my lifetime that have couches. So don't worry, you're not really missing anything.

Well, Laurie, to be fair, he is missing the flat screens they have started installing in the women's restrooms at the church...

Oops, I wasn't supposed to mention that in mixed company was I?? j/k :)

In all my life, I do not believe that I have ever seen a blue urinal.

I wish I could say the same...
